It is situated in close proximity to the border with Tuscany, just a stone's throw away from the picturesque village of Orvieto. The location is truly stunning, perched on top of a hill and surrounded by the finest vineyards of Umbria. Vipera is one of the historical names associated with one of the family members who fought for the region of Orvieto. The castle Castello della Sala in Umbria is not only a magnificent historical building but also the home of the production of high-quality wines. One of the remarkable wines produced here is a blend of the grape varieties Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc. This blend is carefully vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness and purity of the grapes.

The bouquet is vibrant with beautiful aromas of ripe peaches and exotic lychees. A lively wine with a powerful and long finish.
