Made from Corvina and Rondinella. Grapes are carefully selected in the vineyards, stored in small crates ready to be dried for almost 3-4 months in dry and well ventilated indoor cellars. Once the best level of “appassimento” is reached, grapes are pressed and the fermentation process starts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The fermentation lasts almost 30 days. The wine is then aged for 4 years in large oak casks

Cielo e Terra was founded in 1908 by a several wine producers in Veneto. Their goal was to combine forces in production, sales and knowledge. Thanks to the huge supply of grapes, Cielo is able to keep the quality well and stable at friendly prices.
