Do we remember the Imperial Applehof? This was the imperial variant of Anderson's core range beer Applehof and entirely in their motto "LIFE'S TOO SHORT TO DRINK BORING BEER". Since the inception of the grandma's apple pie flavored beer concept, this beer has been in the portfolio ever since. They use whole cinnamon sticks and whole apples in this concoction to get this sour, sweet and cinnamon flavor. No additives, all real flavour. Just like grandma's apple pie.
But now it has been enriched by the aging on the Calvados Oak Barrels. Which takes this beer to another level. Sit back and relax because this is something you won't be able to taste any time soon. Delicious on apple and cinnamon. Mild sourness. Not too sweet. Not too bitter. Caramel. Not alcoholic. So super dangerous. For BA, this is easy going.
Anderson's Craft
In 2014 as Anderson’s head brewer Sten lost his job in the IT industry, he had a few months of free time on his hands. He had been homebrewing for a few years now and asked his friend Tanno if he would be interested in starting a brewing business together. He agreed and in May 2014 Anderson’s Craft Beer was born. After a few years of Gypsy brews here (Genika, Tanker, and Lehe, Pühaste and Käbliku brewerie). Since June 2020 they have their own brewery in Tartu (Estonia).
Anderson’s believe that beer needn’t be a boring drink used to quench thirst only. While it certainly can be that, beer can also be something that will leave you with emotions and memories. Beer can surprise you and bring a smile to your face. they strive to create beers that are original, memorable, balanced and of quality.
