Description For lovers of the dark stuff, Amager presents Chokokoko. Amidst all the fruity and hoppy festival releases, this is a robust oasis of calm. A classic Danish Porter in which the dark, roasted flavors of the beer style are luxuriously enriched with the decadent addition of extra chocolate and coconut.
Taste The beer pours deep dark brown to black. With the first sip, you are treated to rich flavors of roasted malt and full, dark chocolate. This flows seamlessly into the sweet, tropical softness of toasted coconut. It is almost reminiscent of a liquid Bounty bar, but with the solid, bitter backbone of an artisanal Porter.
